We are happy that you decided to rent a TAG Home property. The following will guide you through the application process:
1. Fill out the Application for Lease. Include as much information as possible.
2. We require two cashiers/certified checks or money orders:
a. One for $50.00 for the Application Fee (Per Person or Married Couple)
b. And the other equal to one month’s rent.
3. Bring the Application to our office (see "Contact US" for directions). You can also fax it to 703-991-8536 or email it to
manager@taghomemanagement.com. Make sure to include copies of your payments.
It's a good idea to call and confirm that we have received your application. If you fax or email your application, make sure that the checks are dropped off at our office by the next business day or we will stop working on your application!
If you are working with an agent, give the application and checks to your agent, they should deliver them for you.
The application process will take up to five business days depending on where the owner is located. Some of our owners are overseas and it may take some time if there is a time difference. If the application is delivered over the weekend or on a holiday, we will begin processing the application the next business day. We will notify you if there is any additional information that is needed, and/or if the application is accepted.
When you submit your application you agree that TAG Home Management, LLC may check your credit, contact your last landlord, and confirm proof of your income. Should you need to supply explanations to any of the above, please do so when you submit your application in the form of a cover letter!
